Summertime in India is Vacation Bible School (VBS) time for many churches.
Pastor Paul D. Ebenezer, the Pastor of the Fellowship of Blessed Hope Church at Madurai has written to say that they have had much blessing this year with their VBS and is thanking the Lord for the opportunities to share the Word of God and the Gospel with a good number of children and young people.
They had 79 children and 33 young people attend over the duration of their program. Their lessons and activities were based on the words of John chapter 8, verse 32 – “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Freedom!
He sent these pictures to give an indication of the fun and fellowship and food that was experienced!
Please pray that the Holy Spirit will work in the hearts and minds of the children and young people who attended this VBS, and indeed, all VBS programs in India this year, to remind them of what they heard and will bring some – many to faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
