Pastor Paul Sundar Raj’s team in Khagaria has asked for prayer for the following members of their churches…
This elderly lady testifies every week in the church service asking for prayer for her son, whose name is Vipin, to return home. Vipin is working elsewhere in India and does not contact his mother or return to visit her. Please pray that Vipin will contact his mother and return home.

This young lady, whose name is withheld, is betrothed to be to be married to a chosen bridegroom. She has accepted Jesus as her Saviour and because of this the bridegroom has threatened that he will not marry her. She asks for prayer for her and her bridegroom-to-be.

A Christian lady named Indhu, who has experienced Jesus’ touch and healing, has brought this family to church seeking prayer.
The boy has serious mental illnesses and often runs away from home. The family has spent more than 2 lakhs rupees (200,000 – NZ$3,970 approx) seeking a cure for him, but to no avail.
Please pray that they may know the touch of the Great Physician.

Some weeks ago, we asked for prayer for Brother Srilal, a deacon in one of their churches who was suffering from severe liver and kidney problems and had very low blood pressure. He and his family are so poor that getting treatment was very difficult in the lockdown situation. Brother Srilal ultimately spent some time in hospital and was discharged in mid-September and is very thankful for our prayers and is rejoicing that his breathing and kidney and liver problems have gone. He sees his recovery as answered prayer.

Sis. Manju Devi who is a believer in one of their branch churches (Advent Church in Sannha) continues to suffer from stage 3 cancer. The doctor has suggested an operation as early as possible, but the cost is 5 lakhs rupees (500,000 - NZ$9,900 approx) and she is from a very poor background. She has accepted Jesus. Please continue to pray for her healing – may God Almighty do a miracle of healing in her so that many will accept Jesus in her village.

Please pray for these folks, asking that our God’s faithfulness in answering prayer may be seen again in Khagaria, Bihar.
