Pastor David, leader of the Fellowship Bible Church and current president of the Advent Christian Conference of Myanmar recently reported as below. Pastor David and his group members care for 100 orphan and underprivileged children at several venues
“Greetings in the name of Jesus from Fellowship Mission in Yangon. By the grace of God, all our ministries – including a training school, church planting, child care and Bible distribution – are going well here in Myanmar.
At our training school {Myanmar Bible College} we have 42 students, and 11 graduated this year in February. Some of the graduates are going to become missionaries, some church planters to unreached areas, some young ladies will become Sunday school teachers and some will continue for their master’s degrees. Please pray for more young men and women in Myanmar to come to our college.
All of the children ministries are going well. They all took final exams last month and did well. All are healthy and growing physically and spiritually. Now many people want to send children to our children’s home, and we have very limited sleeping and eating room for children in our home. Remember
in your prayers our need to have a new building for our orphanage home.
We have 10 church planters around Myanmar and all are working hard for the Lord’s kingdom. We cannot support all
our church planters, so please pray for the support of each of them.
We are trying to distribute Bibles to new believers. It is a very effective way to become mature and growing in their spiritual
life. Many believers in Christ do not have a Bible in their hands. Please remember in your prayers our efforts to distribute Bibles to new believers.”
