Please rejoice with Pastor Paul Gandham, the ministry leader at Yesuway Jeevan Mission’s ministry partner, the Adda Road Advent Christian Church in Andhra Pradesh State.
Pastor Paul’s wife Aruna was recently rushed to hospital with severe chest pain, and he sought prayer from YJM Mission Manager Immanuel and the request was passed on to other ministry partners’ leaders.
Pastor Paul and his family and congregation are rejoicing on two counts – Sister Aruna’s pain was not caused by heart problems and she was quickly discharged from the hospital. While they were at the hospital, they continued to pray, in public, for healing and a family of Hindu people saw that prayer and they attended Pastor Paul’s church service the following Sunday.
Pastor Paul and his family are of course very happy that their open, Christian witness brought the Hindu family to his church, and he asks us to pray that God will draw the Hindu family to faith in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
