Pastor Timothy, leader of the Advent Christian Church of Myanmar and one of the leaders of the Advent Christian Conference of Myanmar, recently wrote as follows…
“Last week I and two Church leaders visited to two places in our [Irrawaddy] Delta mission field.
One is Missionary Lydia’s Church. Her family is very fruitful in mission work. Now they have more than 70 Church members. Most are new Christians. They also started orphanage with 10 children.
Another place is Miss Nguwa‘s village – a very small, very poor village, only 70 houses. Her father is the village president. In her village there are 123 students in primary school. If they finished primary school the students continue middle school at another bigger village 4 miles far from their place. Our partner Nguwa is working at primary school (part time worker). She shows the villagers and children the Jesus film and other Christian films.
Miss Nguwa’s home and some of the villagers and children she shows films to.
My home Church is praying to support poor students and we are praying to plant new Church before coming Christmas.
Thank you for your prayer and support.
Yours
Tim”
