In February, from 18th to 26th, Yesuway Jeevan Mission arranged for the loyal pastors and Bible woman of the FBHC to travel to Khagaria, Bihar to visit the Advent Christian Conference of India’s outreach team led by Pastor Paul Sunder Raj; to encourage the Bihar team members and to experience and participate in their ministries.
The trip from Chennai in Tamil Nadu in the south of India to Khagaria in Bihar in the north of the country involved train travel for 38 hours each way with one change of trains!! The FBHC folk were accompanied by YJM staff member Raja who had visited Khagaria on an earlier occasion.
Pastor Denny Moses, a member of the Khagaria team reported as follows concerning the visit of the group…
“11 members from the Blessed Hope Fellowship visited our school and shared the Gospel in various places in Khagaria. They prayed for us, encouraged with Bible scriptures, motivated in many ways. It was such blessing for all of us – on Sunday 23rd Feb they shared God’s word in six churches. Some of the believers are inspired by their testimony. It was so blessed for all.
In the days with {this} team we distributed tracts and New Testaments to many people and shared the Gospel among thousands of people in many villages. They prayed for sick people. God did marvelous things in many people’s lives and some accepted Christ as their personal Savior.”

The group also visited the new plot of land that Pastor Paul Sunder Raj is hoping to purchase to which to relocate St Xavier’s High School. Whilst there they prayed, believing with faith, that the land will be able to be purchased soon.
