Greetings to all our supporters and friends of the AC work in the Philippines in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It was a great pleasure for me to be in the Philippines once again during March and April to take part in and observe some of the ministries being undertaken at some of the churches there.

KIA ORA In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Last April 16 until May 16 Teen Mission International Philippines held its yearly activities at Malpok, Buenavista, Butuan City. We sent 3 delegates from our church; Dindo Marquiño, Cedie Martinez and Jonel Guma. The aforesaid activities were successfully concluded and made a tremendous impact to our delegates in fact as of this time they were very active in doing their church responsibilities. Not just only for them but also they will encourage others to be responsible to their responsibilities. Dindo is looking forward to enrol at OBC this coming enrolment.
Two weeks ago we celebrated Mother’s Day in our church and everybody felt the great value of their mother’s. Some of them brought tokens, flowers and made some surprises for their special mothers. The whole event made a great meaning and people began to feel the love of God.
Chris is still with me and continues learning other instruments from what you told him. He is still teaching some of our youth especially keyboard in fact one of our youth was playing together with the music team.
I’m still looking forward to going to Palawan for an important seminar which will be held at one of the churches at Puerto Princesa this coming second week of June.
These are some of our prayer request;
- Pray for our Sunday school rooms for the kids and for our young people.
- Pray for new Sunday school teachers especially to the children’s ministry.
- Pray for the gospel car that we were able to obtain this year.
- Pray for the new open door of our ministry especially more Bible study.
- Pray for me as well because I need some financial needs for my obligation such as; Television and motorbike.
- Pray also for our upcoming Bennial convention this coming May 28-31 that the need of our delegates will be met.
Once again thank you….
Yours in Christ.
Benjie
P.S. Teen Mission International made a tremendous impact to Dindo, he was called there by name “Bishop Dindo”. “Even here before, when I heard how he speaks I feel the potential of him being a good preacher.
PASTOR ROY ROCHA
PASTOR ROY ROCHA, Novaliches, Manila contributed the following
“PUT ON THE ARMOR OF GOD” Eph. 6:11
This was our theme during our Daily Vacation Bible School (DVBS), which was held on May 5th to 12th, 2013. It was an exciting event for there were 100 kids participated with ages 2 to 14 years old. We are thankful to our God for the success for we believed that we have achieved our goal to impart the saving power of God and the protection that each child of God can enjoy through the armor. The DVBS was like a Military camp that the children were called, PRIVATES, the Teachers were the SERGEANTS, and we also have MILITARY POLICE to keep the PRIVATES in order during the camp.
The last day of the camp was a great event that the PRIVATES marched around the community, chanting the armor of God and singing the “INFANTRY” song.
After the parade was the Cheering and memory verse competition.
Week later, the PRIVATES regrouped again for the giving of gifts. We are thankful that God allowed us to communicate to OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD or the SAMARITAN’s PURSE. The Privates enjoyed their gifts, while others who were not able to come that day became an opportunity for us to visit their homes, prayed for their family and shared the gospel. We thanked and praised God for all these wonderful things! As of this time, we are having Teachers Training to teach in our Pre-Kindergarten and Sunday school. This training aims to make us more effective in our children’s ministry. We have been privileged to be trained by Phillis Audrey, a retired teacher who has an International accreditation from YWAM. Phillis, whose passion is to reach the kids for Christ through education, is from New Zealand.
Please continue to uphold us in your prayers.
- School opening: financial needs to be meet.
- Opening of pre-Kindergarten: training and enrolment.
PASTOR JONATHAN NAVACILLA
PASTOR JONATHAN NAVACILLA, Cebu, has been in Bacolod for a Tchoukball Tournament and training. Upon arriving back home Pastor Jonathan left for Cagayan De Oro for the Biennial BPACCI Convention which concluded on Thursday May 30. I will add his update when I receive it.
I have not heard from others from whom I asked reports.
Thank you all for your continued support. Each of those with whom I have contact often ask me to pass on their appreciation for the support which you, our friends and supporters give.
May the Lord bless and keep you all in His love and care.
In His service,
