Praise God! Harvest is plentiful!
Alternative Learning System (ALS) is in their final stage of their study. The last week of the class was held in our church New Life In Christ Ministry (NLCM). 30 students came and I had the opportunity to lead their final exam review. It’s wonderful to develop my friendship with my students. As a result we made a facebook page Christ-Als. The purpose is for me to contact them and continue our update as friends and hopefully host a ALS students fellowship.
After the review, all ALS students within Metro Manila and Rizal province gathered together for ALS DAY of PRAYER was held at Christ Commission Fellowship, Ortigas. Estimated attendance was around 2000 students. I led the prayer for Quezon City ALS students who have the largest crowd of 600 students. It is encouraging to see how the students longed for the presence of God. Everyone kneeled with hands lifted up in prayer.
This coming Sunday, October 23, 2011 is the Final Exam of ALS. Let us keep them in our prayers.
While praying for these students, I see that the harvest is plentiful! This generation needs the saving message of Christ and people who are committed to disciple them.
I need your partnership in praying and help for this young people. If you are interested to, feel free to contact me at: chats38@yahoo.com.ph or see my Facebook page for more pictures:
