ANNUAL CONVENTION – In the month of March in the convention about 300 participated. 14 got baptized 30 youngsters dedicated themselves to pray for Bihar. Thank God that all are burdened to pray for the Nation and for the people. Some have committed to the ministry; God had given many the burden to pray. Glory to God.
VBS PROGRAMME – VBS Programme got conducted for 300 Children by Khagaria & by many churches. Children were eager to learn spiritual things like reading bible verses, songs, obeying, believing God etc. Please pray that these children may become ministers & missionaries.
MINISTRY TRAINING & COMPLETION – BIBLE COLLEGE – A brother named Bibin Kumar from Bala Bazar completed one year Bible course and joined us in the ministry. This year Bro. Lalmohan & Sis. Vandhanna from our church have gone to GEMS Bible College for training. Please pray for them.
NEW PRAYER GROUPS – We have started worshiping centers in 7 different places namely Kanna Village, Ekkaniah, Dharamsakh, Rajhan John, Ekania, Maancy & Awvas Bord. Most of the children were more interested in Church going, Bible reading, praying & are example for others. We are providing Sweets, Gifts & Prizes for these children from your offerings.
YOUTH MINISTRY – Through the Maancy Church we called 8 Cricket teams and conducted a Tournament in which tracts were distributed, Gospel preached, shared the Word. The Inspector of Police gave prizes for the team which succeeded the tournament. Thank God that we were able to get youth fellowship in that area.
GOD’S HEALING & SALVATION
– Bro. Nandhu – God delivered this brother from Tobacco, Cigarettes & Drinks (Alcohol) as being a Driver he now gives tracts and New Testament to his fellow drivers & glorifies God.
– Bro. Coco Dask – Being both the kidneys got failed, he now is regular in church going and there is a definite change in his health. Glory to God.
– Bro. Ubendhar- As a believer he prayed and sowed his field, miraculously his field produced plenty of harvest than his neighbours fields.
– Those who appeared for 10th & 12th standard exams from all our churches and from our Xavier School have scored good marks and got qualified. Glory to God.
ABOUT PERSECUTION FROM THE FAMILY MEMBERS FOR THOSE WHO ACCEPTED CHRIST.
A brother named Vaithiyanathan & his wife accepted Christ as a whole family but now were abandoned and rejected by the members of the family. Please pray for this brother and another brother Manoj and his wife Munidevi also facing similar persecution from their family members. Please pray that there may be a change.
HOSPITAL MINISTRY – Two sisters namely Rekha and Chandra Muki who are working in hospital are sharing the gospel to the Doctors and Patients. Please pray that they may come to know God.
GOD ANSWERED THE PRAYERS. – We have been praying for a Vehicle for Film ministry and other ministries, God provided us with a good Marshall Jeep & a Honda Generator through the Mission Manager & other workers of God. I thank all of you. Moreover God helped to complete the Parsonage work for Bala Bazar pastor. This was dedicated by the Conference President and some 32 men & women got baptized by him. Glory to God.
WE THANK GOD FOR THE OFFERINGS – God provided Rs. One Lakh (100,000 rupees) for building the compound wall of Christhu Nagar through Mission Manager’s family and one brother named Johnson from Agaram AC church gave Rs. One Lakh to buy land for building a church. We request you to pray for the blessings of these families and also for the works to be completed soon.
REGARDING SPECIAL FASTING GATHERING – We have decided to conduct 3 days fasting prayer in the month of October from 15 – 17 (Friday to Sunday) where 300 of our believers will gather for prayer. On these days there will be heathen festival called Kali Mela, Durga Mela (Pooja) – please pray for the protection of the believers & that God may use his ministers for the salvation of the people.
PRAYER REQUEST.
We have decided to distribute New Testament and share the word among Prisoners. Please pray for the permission to visit the prison.
- Please pray for the Projector, Screen, Sound Box & DVD Player for film ministry.
- For Principal Rev. C.J. Dasan who got transferred, to get job continuation and to provide a suitable new Principal unto His will.
- Magehkut minister Bro. Dilkush’s 7 months daughter passed away after all the efforts taken to save her failed. Please pray for the peace of the family members.
- Please pray for Abimanue, Abraham, Raja, Saramma, Bhutan & his wife, Manoj and Barup Masi who have backslided to come to church again.
- To buy lands for Church building in all the places of the ministry.
- To buy permanent or own land for School and for the growth of the school.
- For the salvation of the youth who are causing troubles and stopping the Padhaas church believers from going to church.
