The Project:
Approximately 24 metres of block wall, 1.8 metres high, to be constructed on the western boundary, behind the main college building and extending across to the rear of the kindergarten block.
The wall is required by authorities for protection of the kindergarten students who play immediately inside the current fence line. It will also complete the OBC Campus perimeter walling and afford OBC greater security.
OBC Director M'am Nely Gamayon also comments on the situation:
"Right now, dogs from the neighbors and cats enter the campus through this side of the school and scatter their wastes (poop) on the ground. The students also experienced their clothes on the clothesline and kitchen utensils stolen by we do not know who, who enters the campus during breaks and weekends."
